Ipswich (Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite) ?? £Initial 6-Month Contract (High Likelihood of Extension)We are currently seeking an experienced CPE Technical Investigation Engineer to join a specialist In-Life Support Team responsible for supporting and investigating issues across customer broadband and CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) environments.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technical engineer with strong networking expertise and a passion for troubleshooting complex customer-facing broadband and device issues. You will play a key role in identifying root causes, driving resolutions, and improving the performance and reliability of broadband devices deployed across a large customer base.
Perform detailed technical analysis and root cause investigations.
Essential Skills & ExperienceStrong networking knowledge and troubleshooting capability.
Understanding of embedded network devices.
Experience4-5 years' experience in a technical investigation, support, or engineering role.
