My client is a well-established organisation in Ipswich, who are looking for a Temporary Project Administrator to start immediately.

Your new role

This is a fast-paced and exciting Temporary Project Administrator job, joining a streamlined team supporting several high-profile local projects. Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Managing and coordinating project emails and correspondence
  • General administrative support to the project team
  • Organising, filing, and maintaining project documentation
  • Assisting with document control, including drawings and revisions
  • Supporting the coordination and issuing of drawings and technical information
  • Updating trackers, logs, and basic project records
  • Assisting with meeting arrangements, minutes, and follow-ups
  • Supporting smaller works administration as required

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this job you will require:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or project support role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing emails, documents, and spreadsheets
  • Basic understanding of document control processes (desirable, not essential)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
