I am recruiting for a reputable not-for-profit organisation.

Your new role

This is a new role working as part of a small team as a Services Coordinator. You will be supporting the registrations and compliance teams with administration, data analysis and reporting. Key duties include but are not limited to:

  • Assign audits and service inspections.
  • Replenishing documentation/supplies.
  • Answering incoming enquiries by telephone or email.
  • Monitor audits and service inspections to ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
  • Receive customer information and deal with it in a timely manner.
