Your new company: You will be joining one of the world's largest specialist commercial insurance providers and their close-knit, collaborative Marketing & Communication team in London. The team is well-valued internally and provides support across the UK & Europe, working closely with key stakeholders and the wider business.

Your new role: As the Internal Communications Manager, you will lead the internal communications and employer branding strategy across the UK & Europe. Day-to-day, this will include delivering proactive communications services to internal stakeholders, leading campaigns to drive employee engagement, building and embedding the brand throughout the organisation, and taking the lead on strategic events internally and externally. This will also include working on DEI initiatives, employee value propositions and more. This is a permanent full-time role reporting to their Marketing Director. You'll work closely with the CEO and leadership team, HR and Talent leads, and other key stakeholders. The office is based in central London and they offer a 3/2 hybrid working arrangement.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Strong track record in Internal Communications at Manager level, ideally within insurance or financial services
  • Can demonstrate effectiveness at working with senior business leaders and effectively managing senior stakeholder relationships
  • Event management experience - leadership events, townhalls etc.
  • Experience working on employer branding projects
  • Willingness to work in a hands-on role as part of a small, but effective team
