Your new role

As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting senior staff while managing your own workload across active projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender documents
  • Assisting with cost planning and budget management
  • Supporting tender analysis and contract administration
  • Carrying out site visits and measurements
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, and design teams
  • Providing accurate cost reporting to support successful project delivery

What you'll need to succeed

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • 2 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
  • Good communication and ability to manage client relationships
  • Confidence in working independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive, professional approach with a drive to develop their career
