Your new role

In this project role, you will be operating as an independent contributor, reporting to the Director of People Services to deliver this work. You will be working with senior academic stakeholders and will collaborate with HRBPs and CoE team members. Details of the specific project our client would like the Interim Reward Professional to work on will be shared with candidates at the screening stage to protect the confidential nature of this work.

We are looking to speak with experienced Reward professionals who have worked within Higher Education and are available for an interim role. Our client may also consider candidates who have worked with academics/consultants across the NHS to deliver this work.
