You will be joining a large, public sector organisation in Oxford as their interim Pay & Reward specialist. The organisation is also looking for a permanent team member in Pay & Reward, so this could be a great temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate. It is expected the interim role will be required for approximately 3 months. This role will require some time to be spent in the central Oxford office (5-min walk from Oxford train station), but for the majority of the time, you can work from home if you prefer.
As the Pay & Reward specialist, you will work with the wider pay & reward team to support the evolution of the organisation's total reward offering, taking a keen interest in what similar employers offer and how the organisation can strengthen their EVP. You will also be involved in several improvement projects taking place within how the organisation manages their job evaluation and data governance.
We are looking for a Pay & Reward specialist who enjoys collaborating with the wider HR services to really get under the skin of what the business is looking to achieve. You will be a creative thinker who enjoys problem-solving and crafting solutions. It is essential you have good data management skills and can translate large data sets into meaningful people insight.
