Role Overview: Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will be responsible for leading several post integration people change projects within a global firm across the people function of the business including organisational effectiveness and target operating model design including process, systems, job roles and organisational structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and implementation of change management strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and facilitate communication within the business.
- Engage stakeholders and provide training and development to equip teams with necessary tools for success in the new model.
Qualifications:
With a proven background in people transformation and change gained in a global scale post-acquisitive environment, you will demonstrate your experience of best practice people change, including organisation effectiveness, target operating model, and organisation design. You will possess excellent knowledge of change management principles and the ability to influence and engage at a senior level with strong presentation and analytical skills.
Additional Requirements:
It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and commit to the duration of the contract.
