Part time HR Ops Manager Guildford 6 month contract Up to £55k FTE (paid hourly) 3 days per week.

Your new company: I am partnering with a highly meaningful organisation to recruit an interim HR Operations Manager / HR Consultant. This is a part-time role (3 days per week) for 6 months.

Your new role: This role is going to support with the delivery of my clients HR Operations across their Guildford and London office. In this generalist role, you will support with recruitment, HR advice, employee relations and wellbeing. You will also lead a small HR team, coaching and mentoring the junior HR members. There will also be some project work, including policy reviews.

What you'll need to succeed: My client is looking for candidates who have strong generalist experience, prior team leadership and able to hit the ground running!
