Your new role
As an Interim Development Manager (or Senior Project Manager), you will play a pivotal role in driving forward several high-profile housing schemes. Specifically, this will involve leading on the completion of a flagship 74 unit scheme, overseeing progress and ensuring that quality standards are met. You will manage procurement processes in line with public contract regulations, oversee S106 management, and lead on all stakeholder coordination regarding this project.
What you\’ll need to succeed

  • You will need to have proven experience in new-build housing development, ideally with an RP or local authority.
  • Excellent knowledge of public procurement regulations and experience managing the appointment of consultants.
  • A track record in delivering large-scale residential schemes, including handovers and coordination.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Flexible working options are available in this role, allowing you to spend time working from home, alongside travel to the South Wales and Bristol regions. A flexible daily rate is available for this role, paid on a weekly basis across a six-month contract duration – please get in touch to discuss further.
