As Head of Information Technology, you will lead the strategic and operational delivery of IT services across the organisation. Reporting directly to the COO, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing the IT strategy, overseeing infrastructure, applications, and service delivery, and ensuring robust governance, security, and compliance.
You will manage a team of around 19 IT professionals and oversee a recurrent budget of approximately 1.7 million, with capital investments averaging 3 million annually. Your leadership will drive innovation, efficiency, and a high standard of service across all IT functions, including project management, application development, and media technology.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the development and execution of the IT strategy
