Your new role
Working as part of a wider People and Culture team, you will be responsible for defining and embedding new behaviours into the business to support the new business strategy. You will scope new ways of working, role model behaviours, plan workshops, drive actions, and run the program.
What you\'ll need to succeed
With proven experience within a global matrix environment, you will demonstrate your ability to define and embed new cultures and behaviours across an organization. Strong change management and project management skills within people and culture change, including communications, are essential. You must be able to start on short notice and commit to the 4-month duration.
