Your new role
Working as part of a wider People and Culture team, you will be responsible for defining and embedding new behaviours into the business to support the new business strategy. Your responsibilities include scoping new ways of working, role modelling, planning workshops, driving actions, and running the program.
What you'll need to succeed
With proven experience within a global matrix environment, you will demonstrate your ability to define and embed new cultures and behaviours across an organization. Strong change management and project management skills within people and culture change, especially in communication, are essential. The ability to start a new role on short notice and commit to the 4-month duration is required.
