Insurance Marketing Manager

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you\’ll play a crucial role within the Marketing, Comms, & Brand team. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, this is a senior leadership position where you\’ll deliver effective marketing plans to support the business\’ growth ambitions & have a significant role in shaping their global brand identity over the next 5+ years.
Day-to-day, you\’ll line manage a Marketing Manager & partner closely with the Employee Benefits division to deliver commercially sound multichannel campaigns to inspire & engage their target audience & contribute to growth.
This is a permanent, full-time role based in the City of London with a 3/2 hybrid working arrangement.
Previous experience at Marketing Manager+ level with an insurance broker with a strong track record of success is essential
Experience in marketing Employee Benefits would be advantageous
You\’ll get a competitive annual salary of up to £75,000 depending on experience, plus a strong benefits package.
