Your new role
The firm has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate to join its growing team on a permanent basis. You will offer a broad range of insurance coverage and liability defence advice. A solid understanding of the London insurance market, Lloyd’s, coverage and policy interpretation, liability defence, subrogation, and current court and dispute resolution processes is essential. You should be comfortable working in teams with multiple partners and be ready to handle a varied workload.
The firm’s London Insurance Disputes team is consistently growing and handles a wide variety of work. This role involves working with partners on areas such as property damage, cyber, D&O, credit & political risk, political violence, reinsurance, fraud and professional indemnity (especially for solicitors, accountants, and brokers) amongst other areas.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Strong understanding of the London insurance market, Lloyd’s, coverage and policy interpretation, liability defence, subrogation, and current court and dispute resolution processes.
- Good academic background.
- Excellent written English with the ability to produce clear, logical drafting.
