Here at Hays Technology, we are partnered with a fast-growth, Norwich-based retail/consumer goods client who are hiring an Infrastructure Manager. There will be people-management responsibilities with an Infrastructure Engineer and Service Desk Technician reporting in to you. Your new role will encompass a blend of: Infrastructure Development & Management Hybrid IT management Server administration Networking & connectivity Security & Compliance Strategic Security Oversight: Key Documentation and enforcement of critical policies Incident & Disaster Recovery Planning Management Team Leadership & Mentorship Training & Development General IT Management Strategic Planning Vendor & Budget Management Compliance & Auditing What you’ll need to succeed Essential: 5+ years relevant experience in infrastructure management Cloud environment management experience (ideally Azure) Full UK driving licence Exceptional communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to lead diverse technical teams effectively, delivering measurable results in fast-paced environments. Expertise in project management and change management Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as organisational psychology, business administration, or change management. Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or ITIL Practitioner experience Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001 and MITRE ATT&CK Retail/consumer goods industry experience What you’ll get in return Flexible working options are available.
