You will combine high-level technical advisory work with business development, client relationship management and wider team leadership.The opportunityDeliver high-quality VAT advice to a varied portfolio of financial services and insurance clients.Help shape and deliver the firm’s national Financial Services VAT strategy.Lead business development activity, including identifying opportunities, preparing proposals and supporting pitches.Build strong relationships with existing clients, prospective clients and key contacts across the market.Work closely with colleagues across tax and the firm’s wider service lines.Oversee the delivery of assignments and contribute to the development and management of the wider team.About youSubstantial VAT advisory experience within financial services, insurance and/or asset management.A strong understanding of the sector, including current market trends and key organisations.A proven track record of developing business and building long-term client relationships.Previous experience of leading, managing or developing teamsWhy consider this opportunity?This role offers the chance to influence the strategic direction of a Financial Services VAT practice while maintaining a hands-on role with clients.
