About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Joiner to work on social housing properties across North Yorkshire, based in Harrogate. This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive individual with strong joinery skills and a background in property maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out kitchen installations, bathroom work, and flooring remedial.
- Install and maintain fire doors and complete general joinery maintenance tasks.
- Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards.
- Report daily to the manager on progress and any issues.
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and a high level of customer service.
Requirements
- Proven joinery experience in maintenance (essential).
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Must have own van and tools.
- Full UK driving licence (Ideally Clean).
- No formal qualifications required, but practical experience is essential.
