HR Assistant, 11 Month FTC, High Wycombe
An excellent opportunity for a dedicated HR Assistant-11 Month FTC, to join a busy SME. This is a stand-alone HR role, perfect for someone who thrives in a small organisation and enjoys a variety of HR responsibilities and likes to work autonomously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including starters and leavers
- Prepare offer letters, contracts, and change letters and benefits administration letters
- Handle recruitment processes, liaising with agencies and arranging interviews
- Conduct new starter inductions
- Attend HR meetings and take detailed notes
- Run HR reports
Requirements:
- Proven HR experience, ideally in a stand-alone HR role or within a small organisation
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
