Your new role
As a Customer Service Support professional, you will play a key role in assisting both the external sales team and a diverse portfolio of customers. This is a customer‑focused position where you’ll be managing communication across phone, email, Teams, and other channels, ensuring excellent service at all times.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high‑quality customer service and support
- Managing customer communication across multiple channels
- Inputting and processing orders using the company’s CRM system
- Liaising with internal and external colleagues to ensure timely delivery of results
- Completing general administrative tasks to support wider operations
