We're looking for an experienced IT Change Manager to support a major IT operating model transformation.

In this role, you will

  • Review and enhance Change Management processes as the business transitions to a new support model, identifying opportunities for stronger governance, risk control and visibility across the IT landscape.
  • Design and implement the future-state Change Management framework, defining roles, responsibilities and controls required to operate effectively within the new target operating model.
  • Lead the integration of CHARM and Service Now, ensuring streamlined change processes and improved governance across technology teams.
  • Develop and embed a robust Service Onboarding & Readiness process, using Service Now to manage the end-to-end lifecycle and ensure services are operationally ready before go-live.

What we're looking for

  • Proven IT Change Management experience within large enterprise environments.
  • Strong ITSM process improvement expertise.
  • Experience implementing governance, operating model and service transition improvements.
  • ITIL knowledge and excellent stakeholder management skills.

This is an excellent opportunity to shape and mature enterprise Change Management during a significant transformation programme.

The role will initially last for 6 months.

Hybrid working will require the Change Manager to attend site visits 'as and when required' - but this will NOT be 2 or 3 times a week.

The role is INSIDE IR35 and can pay up to £500.00 / DAY.
