They are looking for a Commercial Property Management Surveyor with 1-2 years experience to join their team. With an extensive portfolio of clients across Yorkshire, this is the ideal opportunity for someone near the beginning of their career to develop under true experts.

Your new role involves supporting the Commercial Management department in the effective management of a diverse commercial property portfolio comprising retail, office, and industrial assets. The role will assist in delivering professional surveying services across property management, lease renewals, rent reviews, and asset management activities, helping to maximise asset performance and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Degree qualified and working towards APC/RICS qualification. APC Support available.
  • 1-2 years' experience in Commercial Management is desirable.
  • Understanding Landlord and Tenant relationships is beneficial.
  • Good organisational and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook.
  • A positive attitude is essential with a drive to maintain a high standard.
  • A flexible working approach to meeting challenges.

What you'll get in return:

  • A competitive salary of £30,000-£32,000, depending on your experience.
  • Holidays are 25 days, plus bank holidays, as well as your birthday and Christmas.
  • Mileage is paid at 45p a mile, and you will be provided with a parking space in the city.
  • You will be supported through your APC to chartership if you wish to achieve this.
