Your new company A growing food manufacturing business with operations across Northern Ireland and Great Britain is seeking an HSE Compliance Officer to join its Compliance Team. Based in County Fermanagh or County Tyrone, this role offers the opportunity to support Health, Safety and Environmental compliance across multiple manufacturing sites while contributing to sustainability, environmental performance and workplace safety initiatives. Your new role As HSE Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental legislation, internal policies and industry standards across the business. Working closely with operational teams, HR and external regulatory bodies, you will support a broad range of compliance activities spanning environmental reporting, sustainability initiatives, risk management and workplace responsibilities will include supporting ESOS and SECR reporting, assisting with science-based emissions targets, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and licences, liaising with regulatory authorities, developing safe systems of work and risk assessments, delivering training programmes and investigating incidents. You will also maintain compliance records, support corrective action programmes and help drive continuous improvement across the organisation's HSE agenda. What you'll need to succeed Degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Science, Business, Law or a related discipline, or 3-5+ years' experience within Health
