Reporting to the HR Systems Lead and supporting the wider HR team, the HRIS Analyst will play a key role in optimising HR and Payroll systems, with a focus on business reporting and analytics. You will be responsible for system administration, developing dashboards, and delivering insights to support strategic decision-making. This role also involves supporting system enhancements, training users, and ensuring data integrity and compliance.
To be successful, you will bring experience in HR systems, PowerBI reporting tools, and a strong understanding of HR analytics. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with excellent Excel skills and a logical approach to problem-solving. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, along with a proactive mindset and a desire to continuously improve systems and processes.
