Reporting to the HR Systems Lead and supporting the wider HR team, the HRIS Analyst will play a key role in optimising HR and Payroll systems, with a focus on business reporting and analytics. You will be responsible for system administration, developing dashboards, and delivering insights to support strategic decision-making. This role also involves supporting system enhancements, training users, and ensuring data integrity and compliance.
To be successful, you will bring experience in HR systems, PowerBI reporting tools, and a strong understanding of HR analytics.
