18‑Month HR Transformation Programme – SAP Success Factors Implementation

Are you an experienced HR Project or Programme Manager looking for your next major transformation challenge? This is an exciting opportunity to lead the HR workstream of a long‑term programme implementing SAP SuccessFactors across a large, complex, multi‑site commercial organisation. We’re seeking a confident, delivery‑focused leader who can drive HR outcomes, partner effectively with technical teams, and ensure a seamless transition during handover.

The Role

As the HR Project Manager / Programme Manager, you will take ownership of the HR workstream within a central SAP SuccessFactors rollout. Your primary objective is to ensure HR deliverables are met, risks are managed, and the organisation is fully prepared for a smooth transition into BAU.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading HR workstream delivery across an enterprise‑wide SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
  • Managing HR deliverables within a centrally driven rollout (IT and application perspective).
  • Coordinating with the central programme team where local configuration is already defined.
  • Overseeing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
  • Acting as the bridge between HR and technical teams to maintain clarity, alignment, and momentum.
  • Supporting knowledge transfer and handover to ensure long‑term sustainability of the solution.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as an HR Project Manager / Programme Manager delivering HR transformation programmes within large, multi‑site commercial organisations.
  • Strong background as an HR Project Manager or HR Programme Manager leading HR systems implementations.
  • Experience working on HRIS implementations (SAP SuccessFactors experience is an advantage but not essential).
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across HR and IT.
  • A structured, delivery‑driven approach with the confidence to manage complexity and pace.
  • Availability to start at the beginning of January.
