We are looking for an experienced HR People Partner to join a fast‐paced, commercially driven organisation with an international footprint. This is a strategic role, partnering closely with senior leaders to deliver people initiatives that drive performance, growth and organisational effectiveness across multiple regions.

This role would suit a progressive HR professional with strong international experience, a solid grounding in reward and a proven track record of leading complex HR projects in dynamic environments.

The Role

As HR People Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, balancing strategic input with operational delivery. You will play a key role in shaping people strategy, ensuring HR solutions are commercially aligned and scalable across geographies.

  • Partnering with senior leaders to deliver people strategies aligned to commercial and organisational goals
  • Supporting international leadership teams across multiple countries, navigating cultural and legislative complexity
  • Leading and delivering reward initiatives, including pay reviews, benchmarking, incentive schemes and job architecture
  • Driving key people and organisational projects such as operating model changes or transformation programmes
  • Providing insight and challenge through data‐led decision‐making and workforce analytics
  • Coaching leaders on employee relations, performance, talent and engagement matters
  • Ensuring consistent application of people policies and practices while allowing for local nuance
  • Contributing to broader HR and People team initiatives and continuous improvement projects

About You

You will be a confident, commercial HR professional who enjoys working at pace and influencing at senior level. You will bring:

  • Proven experience in a HR Business Partner / People Partner role within an international or multi‐country environment
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link people decisions to business outcomes
  • Demonstrable expertise in reward, including compensation frameworks, job evaluation and market benchmarking
  • Solid project management experience, leading complex HR or organisational change initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • A practical, solutions‐focused approach with the confidence to challenge when needed
  • Up‐to‐date knowledge of employment legislation, ideally across multiple jurisdictions
  • CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience)
