We are recruiting a Senior Manager to lead our high performing People & Strategic Talent desk. This is a warm, relationship driven, high value desk that generated £200k+ last year, with strong PSL access, established client relationships, and a proven track record of strategic hiring across HR, People, Finance and Professional Services.

You will manage a team of three permanent recruiters, work closely with our strong temp counterpart, and partner with an enviable client portfolio including Vanguard, M&K, Magic Circle law firms, US investment banks, CBRE and Lockton. This is a hands-on leadership role with significant room for growth and high earning potential.
