This is a highly visible HRM / HR Manager / HR Business Partnering role, working closely with senior leaders and managers to drive people initiatives, support organisational growth and deliver an exceptional employee experience.

Your new role As HR Manager / HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders across the business, providing both strategic insight and hands-on HR generalist support throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities will include: Partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver pragmatic and commercially focused HR solutions.

Acting as the lead adviser on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and capability cases.

Providing coaching and guidance to managers on people management, leadership and employment law.

Supporting workforce planning, talent management and succession planning initiatives.

Leading and supporting recruitment campaigns, onboarding and retention strategies.

Driving employee engagement, wellbeing and culture initiatives across the business.

Supporting learning and development activities, identifying skills gaps and coordinating development plans.

Managing HR policies, procedures and compliance activities, ensuring alignment with employment legislation and best practice.

Producing and analysing HR metrics to support business decision-making.

Taking ownership of HR administration, employee records and HR system maintenance where required.

Contributing to continuous improvement projects across HR processes, systems and ways of working.

Acting as a visible and approachable HR presence across the organisation, building strong relationships with employees and managers at all levels.

What you'll need to succeed Proven experience operating as either an HR Manager, HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist.

Strong end-to-end employee relations experience with the confidence to manage complex cases independently.

A genuine hands-on approach, comfortable balancing strategic business partnering with operational HR delivery.

Broad HR generalist knowledge covering the full employee lifecycle.

Up-to-date employment law knowledge and experience providing practical advice to managers.

Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.

Strong communication, coaching and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively within a wider HR team.

Experience using HR systems and producing management information and reporting.

CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent experience).
