We are currently representing this Edinburgh-based client as they search for an HR Generalist to join their team. This role is ideal for someone at generalist level who is looking to advance to HR BP.

Your new role
In this role, you will be:
- Become the first point of contact for HR within your region
- Manage employee relations
- Support the delivery of HR strategy within the organisation
- Collaborate and liaise with the wider company to ensure HR policies are being followed
- Utilising HR systems such as Natural HR
- Supporting with recruitment and onboarding of new hires
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience with ER
- Good systems knowledge
- Excellent collaboration and team-work skills

- CIPD qualification, or willing to work towards
