Your new role Reporting to the Deputy CEO, you will work with the HR Director to support an HRIS upgrade while conducting a thorough review of the HR function. This includes policies, training, recruitment, and all workflows associated with the employee life cycle to align with organisational goals and culture. Other projects will include developing a competency framework and a reward strategy. Applicants should be Chartered CIPD qualified, have proven experience as a senior HR professional, and possess complex (regulated) public sector experience. You will be comfortable managing union relationships, are a seasoned change agent and a true HR generalist. The role can be 4 or 5 days per week, with 3 days onsite. My client would ideally like a January 2025 start but could be flexible for the right applicant.
