As well as being able to directly support managers with HR casework matters such as performance management or managing sickness absence, they will also have excellent organisational skills to monitor and coordinate all casework activity, creating data and reports that help us to identify employee relations trends and resource demands. They will also need to be able to triage casework as it arises, working with the HR Casework Manager to effectively prioritise urgent cases and ensure that resources are put into place for its management.
