The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.

Working with 3 other HR Business Partners, the HRBP will have responsibility for supporting our Strategic Plan as well as lead on an existing Mileage project. You will support in delivery of the teams objectives including pulse surveys, EDI projects etc.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted partner to senior leadership in order to provide insight and advice on people management strategies aligned with business goals and aspirations.
  • Providing expert professional advice and guidance across the full breadth of the generalist HR remit ensuring that all of our employment practices align with and model our culture, values, policies and best practice.
  • Analyse HR trends, workforce data and business need to proactively recommend HR solutions.
  • Partner leaders to develop their capability to handle a wide range of people management challenges effectively and provide a high-quality service to support wide ranging employee relations issues.
  • Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during periods of organisational transformation.
  • Support leadership in identifying talent gaps and creating plans to address workforce planning and succession needs, including retention strategies.
  • Continuously review HR processes and systems to ensure they are efficient, effective and aligned with the business needs, monitoring market trends to inform decisions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and key stakeholders to create and maintain joined up accurate processes and systems that are effective and support our customers to use our services easily.
  • Drive cultural initiatives that support employee engagement, wellbeing and retention.
  • Drive employee lifecycle strategies ensuring diversity and inclusion in hiring practices to attract and retain top talent.
  • Ensure benchmarking processes and salary banding decisions are equitable across all roles and levels in order to provide a robust and consistent approach, enhancing employee retention.
  • Manage and be responsible for HR audits, risk management and compliance reporting by identifying and implementing improvements where required.
