New HR Business Partner role available… Are you ready to play a pivotal role in transforming how people thrive, grow and succeed within a world‑class organisation?
I'm recruiting an experienced HR BP for a role in Exeter, 12 months FTC, up to ÂŁ45k pa, 12 month FTC
I'm looking for an experienced HR professional who’s energised by meaningful partnership, confident decision‑making and the chance to influence large‑scale organisational change.
In this dynamic role, you’ll work closely with HR colleagues to ensure managers and staff receive proactive and pragmatic HR support that genuinely makes a difference. You’ll be the trusted partner leaders turn to—someone who can cut through complexity, offer grounded advice, and help shape solutions that work in the real world.
You’ll collaborate with managers to navigate complex HR challenges, using your coaching skills to build capability, str engthen decision‑making and act as a critical friend who isn’t afraid to challenge constructively. Your influence will help leaders grow, teams flourish and the wider organisation move forward with confidence.
This is also an opportunity to be at the heart of major change programmes that will shape the future of the organisation. You’ll provide holistic people‑focused support, ensuring teams are equipped for agility, flexibility and excellence in service delivery.
