Your new company
Hays is partnering with a local council who are seeking an HR Assistant to join their busy team based in Norwich. This is a temporary position to last until the end of January, although the vacancy is likely to be extended. The successful candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a busy workload.
Your new role

  • Assisting with the full employee life cycle, including on-boarding/ exit interviews
  • Broad spectrum of HR administration
  • Assisting with HR enquiries from the wider business
  • Updating HR records and HR database

What you\’ll need to succeed

  • At least 6 months HR experience is essential.
  • Ideally, CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards this.
  • Hard-working and highly organised
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
