Your new role
We\'re keen to connect with experienced HR Advisors who are commercially minded and passionate about delivering a proactive, generalist HR service. This role would support two key operational sites in Scotland, with occasional travel to other UK locations. You\'d work closely with local management teams, advising on employee relations, performance management, absence, and policy development, while contributing to wider people initiatives and change programmes aligned with the organisation\'s strategic goals.
What you\'ll need to succeed

  • A solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
  • Be able to confidently advise and support managers on a range of employee relations matters.
  • Have strong experience working with trade unions and managing stakeholder relationships at all levels.
  • Experienced in using HR systems and producing insightful reports.
  • Communicates effectively with diverse teams and builds strong working relationships.
  • Ideally CIPD qualified (or working towards it).
  • Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle.
