HR Advisor – Boston, Lincolnshire – £35000 to £40000 DOE and qualifications plus bens. Hybrid and Flexible Working

This an expanding and highly successful business services consultancy who has been expanding. BRAND NEW ROLE based at Head Office near Boston, Lincolnshire – with both flexible and hybrid working (combination of office, home and varied sites of clients)

Your new role
This is a truly fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and autonomous HR Advisor to join a truly supportive and friendly team, within an exciting expanding business..
You will be part of a HR Advisory team with your own portfolio of clients – mainly SMEs – providing them with all areas of HR advice and support.

This will include HR and employee lifecycle duties, Recruitment and Onboarding activities, Employee Relations (case management work and meetings including disciplanries, grievances, investigatons etc)

Project work such as assisting with Policy Review/Implementation, Management Training, HR Process Improvement etc.

You will also provide technical support to all HR activities and services, including software development and implementation, for a variety of clients.

This is a great generalist HR Advisor role for someone who enjoys the ER and HR Advisory aspect of HR and also enjoys working with a variety of clients where your days will be varied and interesting.

NB – This role does require regular site visits to clients around the Lincolnshire, Derbyshire and Greater Notts areas – there is a pool car for use or mileage/expenses are paid. You can therefore work flexibily and in a hybrid pattern (part office, sites and home)

What you\’ll need to succeed

The successful applicant will

  • Have a solid background in HR Advisory and ER Case ManagementRecruitment and HR / Employee Lifecycle experience
  • Be CIPD Level 5 qualified or studying towards
  • Strong communication and staheholder/client management skills
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and also able to manage your own workload and client/s workload

What you\’ll get in return
A competitive salary is on offer, dependant on your experience and skill set – from £35000 to £40000.
25 days holiday plus the bank holidays37 hours a week – both flexible and hybrid working
