Your new company
A respected and values-driven organisation is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their HR team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful work while supporting a diverse and dedicated workforce. The role is to commence ASAP.
Your new role Part of a friendly team, you\’ll provide high-quality HR support across all areas of the organisation. You\’ll take ownership of key HR functions, including employee relations, wellbeing, performance management, and policy development. You\’ll also play a vital role in supporting line managers, advising on best practice, and helping to shape a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
What you\’ll need to succeed
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent) with generalist HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
- Experience in employee relations, wellbeing, and recruitment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office.
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel if required
