This role is on site 5 days per week in Bedford. You will either have experience as an HR Advisor or will be looking for that next step from HR Assistant/ HR Co-ordinator level. You must have experience managing recruitment and selection from end to end. You will ideally be qualified to level 3 of the CIPD or above or equivalent.
