Our client, a multi-national manufacturing company based in Lurgan, is recruiting for a HR Administrator. This job is a 12 month contract to cover maternity. Hours of work are Monday – Thursday 9-5 and Friday 9-2.30. Salary is £26,500 plus 33 days holidays, hybrid working after training plus many more additional perks.
As HR Administrator, duties include:
- Accurately maintain the HR systems ensuring fully compliant with all relevant legislation.
- Assist the HR Team with the recruitment & selection process including:
- Acting as point of contact for any candidate queries during the recruitment process.
- Managing candidate correspondence including: arranging interviews, scheduling pre-employment medicals, inductions etc.
- Ensure that recruitment files and monitoring records are accurate and updated on the HR system to enable the Company to meet monitoring regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of the Annual Monitoring return.
