Housing Support Worker
Are you looking for a role where you can make a ‘real difference’ to vulnerable adult lives? I have an exciting Housing Support Worker opportunity to join my clients’ friendly team. Working hours: 35 hours per week. The client provides accommodation and support based on individual needs to individuals aged 18 and above who have experienced mental health issues and those that need extra support day to day.
As a motivated and dynamic Support Worker, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a high-quality programme of support which promotes client choice and control. You will address client support needs, enable them to achieve positive life changes and ultimately empower them to lead more sustainable lifestyles. There is occasional lone working work, but there is an excellent on-call system and numerous systems in place to support lone working staff.
