My client, a housing association, is looking for a Customer Liaison Officer to deliver the Customer Liaison Service for all their residents in defined customer areas, achieving positive outcomes for the organisation and customers.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing a visible, accessible face-to-face service to renting customers, homeowners and shared-owners.
- Setting, co-ordinating, tracking, and ensuring completion of actions with Estate Services, Asset Services, Specialist teams and others to get things done for customers which meet, or exceed customers' expectations.
- Maximising income and reducing debt in defined customer areas.
- Delivering an amazing lettings service which leaves customers feeling satisfied from day one.
- Addressing anti-social behaviour, fly-tipping, graffiti and safeguarding alerts.
