Your new company
Hays are recruiting for a permanent Receptionist for a property development business based in central Manchester. The hours are between 8am and 6pm.
Your new role
As part of the front-of-house team, you will welcome visitors, answer calls, take messages, manage the switchboard, maintain visitor logs and distribute passes. You will coordinate meetings, conferences and events. You will undertake administrative duties, update the systems, and support with any other duties required via the front-of-house team.
