Our client, an industry-leading Manufacturer/Retailer of damp-proofing/water-proofing solutions, is looking to recruit a Sales Support Executive to join their growing business. Working in a fun, sociable Horsham HQ, this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate!

Our client has been established for over 40 years and provides the Construction industry with an extensive range of products for keeping buildings dry, with clients ranging from household-name Retailers to end-user DIY enthusiasts. Over the years, our client has grown to become the market leader in the UK and also exports across the globe. Due to internal promotions and growth, they are now actively seeking the perfect candidate to join them in an office-based Sales Support role.

In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for B2B clients over the phone/email/live chat
  • Processing orders / handling product questions
  • Identifying potential opportunities to up/cross-sell different products by offering a very friendly, consultative approach to each client call
  • Offering an exceptional service to all clients

In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:

  • Experience of liaising with customers (either over the phone/email or in person)
  • Articulate telephone manner
  • Warm, engaging personality (ability to build rapport with others easily)
  • Genuine desire to progress career!
