I’m currently recruiting for a 12-month FTC with a Legal firm in Hinckley that is doing some massive things in the US and UK markets. They provide the tech behind global brands and need an experienced Client Services Manager to join the team.

Your new role

You’ll be the day-to-day face of the company for major insurers. You’ll be the primary contact for senior stakeholders, managing everything from new client onboarding and change requests to running strategic review meetings. It’s about relationship management, retention, and making sure the client is actually getting the most out of the software.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience: At least 3 years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Operations.
  • Tech Savvy: It’s a SaaS product, so you need to be genuinely comfortable with tech and systems like Jira, ClickUp, and CRMs.
