Project Management:
Oversee daily operations of surfacing projects.
Assist in developing work plans, project schedules, and material orders.
Ensure work meets high standards and contract specifications, minimizing remedial actions.
Monitor work progress to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential issues or hazards.
Submit detailed daily reports with project information (dimensions, supply issues, delays, etc.).
Lead and motivate on-site teams, providing guidance to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors.
Ensure operatives comply with the company’s health, safety, and environmental policies.
