Our client requires a Recycling Plant Operator to join their team based in Inverness. 37 hours per week (flexible start times). 16.39 per hour PAYE.
As a Recycling Plant Operator, you will be responsible for operating a range of heavy plant machinery within a busy waste and recycling environment. This includes:
- wheeled loading shovels
- 360 wheeled material handlers / excavators
- Telehandlers
You will support day-to-day site operations, including the movement, sorting and processing of waste and recyclable materials, ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
You must have a valid CITB Operators' Certificate, CPCS, NPORS, or equivalent SVQ at SCQF Level 5.
Experience required:
- Experience operating multiple types of heavy plant (not just small plant)
- Previous experience within a waste, recycling, quarry or similar heavy industrial environment
- Telehandler certification is highly desirable.
