Billing Assistant- Hybrid FTC in Highland, Inverness

Based in Inverness, our client is recruiting for a Billing Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an office-based role and the hours of work are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. The business offers a welcoming and supportive working environment, with on-site parking and a collaborative open-plan office. You will join a busy finance and operations team, supporting the business across billing, analysis, administration and compliance activities. This is a varied position that will suit a detail-oriented individual who enjoys investigating discrepancies, working with data and ensuring processes are completed accurately. Assisting with the preparation and processing of monthly billing Maintaining compliance records and supporting regulatory and compliance activities, audits and information requests Monitoring key deadlines and following up on outstanding actions across the business. Ideally, you will have previous experience within a finance, administration, billing or compliance-based environment. Good Microsoft Excel and IT skills.
