We are looking for a PE teacher to start in September. The successful PE Teacher will:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that engage and challenge our pupils.
- Foster a positive learning environment that supports pupils' educational and personal growth.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Support pupils with ASC, ADHD, and a range of additional learning needs to achieve their full potential.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, external professionals, and the wider school community to support pupil outcomes.
- Contribute to curriculum development and the wider life of the school.
- Demonstrate high expectations for both academic achievement and personal development.
- Participate in school activities, extracurricular programmes, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching PE across KS2 to KS4.
- A qualification in SEND education is desirable.
- Experience of working with children with ASC and SEN.
- A strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate children and young people.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and innovation in teaching methods.

The hours are Monday to Friday 08.30 - 16.30. All meals and refreshments are provided free of charge, and the candidate will benefit from extensive and high-quality Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities. They will work alongside a supportive and collaborative staff team in a stunning rural setting with over 20 acres of grounds and outdoor learning opportunities.
