This opportunity is ideal for an experienced payroll professional seeking reduced hours while still playing a key role in a multi-entity payroll operation. The role will be office-based initially, with the option to work up to 2 days per week from home once fully trained.

This is a position where your judgement, discretion, and analytical strength will be relied upon daily. You'll work with autonomy, influence, and the confidence of senior stakeholders.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Multi-cycle payroll processing - weekly, fortnightly, and monthly runs, including mileage and expenses.
  • Payroll accuracy & compliance - ensuring every figure aligns with legislation.
  • Employee payroll support - acting as the go-to expert for payroll queries.
  • Finance team collaboration - providing cover and contributing to continuous improvement.
